We check the requested items and contact you to confirm availability, pricing and delivery arrangements.

4. Agree the next step

Proceed only once the order details and any applicable delivery costs have been agreed with you.

Submitting a request does not reserve stock or confirm dispatch. Availability and final order details are confirmed separately.
