The registered address is not an advertised showroom, collection point or return address. Please obtain delivery or return instructions before sending goods or arranging a visit.
How an order request works
- Review the product information and select the exact configuration and quantity you require. You can ask questions through our contact form.
- Add the selected items to your cart, check your details and choose Send Order Request.
- The website saves the request for manual review. A reference number, a confirmation screen, an automated message or an account status such as Awaiting confirmation records receipt only. It is not acceptance of the purchase, a stock reservation or confirmation of dispatch.
- We review availability and contact you about the exact items, final price, delivery and any questions that need to be resolved.
A request is an invitation for us to review your selection and prepare the next step; it does not oblige you to pay. You may withdraw or change an unaccepted request by contacting us with its reference.
When a purchase is confirmed
A sales contract is formed only when you have agreed the final order details and we issue an express written order confirmation accepting the purchase. Before that confirmation, the parties must agree the products and configuration, quantity, condition, final price and currency, delivery destination and charges, supply arrangements, payment arrangements and any product-specific terms. A quotation, pro forma invoice or payment instruction is not acceptance unless it expressly states that it is our order confirmation.
Any change to an accepted purchase must be agreed with you. A new version of a website policy does not retrospectively change a confirmed order. Applicable mandatory rights continue to apply.
Keep the request reference shown on screen and contact us if you need an update. Silence, a saved request or an undelivered acknowledgement must not be treated as order acceptance.
Product information and suitability
Check the model, included components, size, platform compatibility, mounting requirements and power requirements before agreeing a purchase. Photographs may show an example configuration or separately available accessories; the agreed order must identify what is included.
Tell us about any particular purpose or compatibility requirement before confirmation so we can address it in writing. For motorsport safety equipment, also check the current requirements of your event or governing body. These practical checks do not exclude our responsibility for accurate descriptions or any rights concerning quality or fitness under applicable law.
The motorsport pages are an enquiry-based showcase. Their presence does not confirm a price, stock availability, certification for a particular event or an agreed delivery date.
Prices and availability
Catalogue prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). They do not by themselves confirm stock or the final delivered cost. Availability, the applicable price and all additional charges are reviewed before acceptance. We do not promise warehouse availability or guaranteed lead times from a catalogue listing.
Delivery, destination taxes, import duties and clearance charges must be addressed in the final quotation, including which charges are included and who is responsible for any charges payable separately. An absent or zero delivery line on the request screen does not mean free delivery. We will explain any price error or proposed change before you agree to purchase; you may decline the revised proposal. An accepted price cannot be changed without your agreement.
Payment and fulfilment
Payment arrangements, including the method and payment deadline, are agreed with Forwardtrade International Co Limited after your order details have been reviewed. See Payment Information.
Delivery options, charges and estimated timings depend on the goods and destination and are agreed for the particular order. If an item cannot be supplied as proposed, we will discuss the available options with you; a materially different substitute requires your agreement. See Delivery Information.
Changes, cancellation and after-sales help
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an accepted order. We will explain the stage reached, any separately agreed arrangements and the options available under the contract and applicable law. Do not assume that a special-order item is automatically non-returnable merely because it was sourced after your request.
Our voluntary return policy and additional seller warranty are described in Returns & Warranty. They are additional to statutory rights and must not be read as a deadline for all claims concerning faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or undelivered goods.
Your information and use of the website
Please provide accurate contact and destination information and tell us about corrections before dispatch. If you use an account, keep its login details private. Do not use the website to send unlawful content, interfere with its operation or submit misleading requests. Personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Questions, complaints and your rights
Write to sales@racehubgear.com with the request or order reference and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the issue with the relevant order details. Nothing in these terms or the linked policies excludes or limits any consumer right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
